RESEARCH
Changhui Wang acted as principal or co-principal investigator for projects supported by the National HighTechnology Research and Development Program("863"Program) of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education the National Science Foundation for Post-doctoral Scientists of China and Aerospace Technology Research Fund. He has established research projects dealing with various fluid dynamic and combustion problems which arise in both solid and liquid rocket propulsion systems. His research has involved numerical analyses and experimental studies in the areas of aerospike nozzle, long-time operating solid rocket motor, multi-pulse solid rocket motor, plasma assisted combustion, low-cost high speed target missile and flow separation and side-load in rocket nozzle of large expansion ratio. He is the author or co-author of more than fifty technical papers in the areas of aerospace propulsion.

负责和参与过国家863、国家自然科学基金、博士点基金、博士后基金、航天基金等多个项目的研究工作。主要研究固体、液体火箭发动机各种流体动力问题和燃烧问题,包括气动塞式喷管技术、长时间工作固体火箭发动机技术、脉冲固体火箭发动机技术、等离子体强化燃烧技术、低成本高速巡航靶目标技术、大面积比喷管激波分离流动等方面的理论和试验研究。发表论文50余篇。
