个人简介2009年毕业于华中农业大学发育生物学专业,获理学博士学位。随后在本校作物学博士后流动站从事油菜育种资源创新与基因组学研究,并赴澳大利亚新南威尔士州沃加农业研究所进行了三个月的合作研究,2012年留校任教。

主要研究工作有:利用基于油菜基因组学的技术手段,通过亚基因组间重组,实现油菜基因组更新和育种资源创新;分析种间杂交和多倍化过程中油菜基因组结构变化及其变异机理,以及油菜亚基因组间杂种优势遗传基础。

科研项目1)项目名称“杂交导致的油菜基因组胁迫与转座子激活的联系及其遗传效应”,国家自然科学基金青年项目,2012-2014,主持人。

2)“导入了白菜型油菜和埃塞俄比亚芥亚基因组间遗传变异的新型甘蓝型油菜的实用性研究”,中加合作研究项目,2011-2015,共同主持人。

3)“新型甘蓝型油菜基因组育种技术研发”,中美合作研究项目,2014.01-2017.12,主持人。
