  李桂秋,女,1965年生,博士,教授,博士生导师。1988年毕业于浙江大学光学仪器工程系,获工学学士学位;1991年毕业于中国科学院光电技术研究所,获理学硕士学位;2006年毕业于山东大学信息科学与工程学院,获工学博士学位。长期从事非线性光学、激光物理与技术、光纤通信、电磁学方面的教学和科研工作;近几年承担或参加国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、山东省科技发展计划等多项科研项目;在OpticsExpress、IEEEJournalofQuantumElectronics、IEEEJournalofSelectedTopicsinQuantumElectronics、JournaloftheOpticalSocietyofAmericaB、AppliedPhysicsB、AppliedOptics、OpticsCommunications等国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文70余篇,有50余篇被SCI和EI索引;编著《电磁学》一书(第二位),山东大学出版社1999年12月出版;“全固态短脉冲调Q激光特性的理论与实验研究”获2005年山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖自然科学类二等奖(第二位)。
