①具体研究领域:致力于药物代谢动力学基础理论和应用的研究,以药物代谢动力学新理论、新模型、新技术和新方法的研究及其在新药开发研究中的应用为主要的研究方向。目前主要研究方向包括:

1.药动学和药效学结合模型研究

2.创新药物的药代动力学研究

②课题资助:目前承担两项国家自然科学基金资助项目

③所获成果:2004年获得江苏省科技进步一等奖一项(创新药物体内吸收、代谢、分布与排泄新理论与新模型研究);2007年获得国家科技进二等奖一项(临床前药物代谢动力学关键技术与研究体系);

④研究生培养:培养硕士研究生25名,目前在读硕士11名;培养博士研究生4名,目前在读博士生4名。
