1. 杨开峰教授是中国人民大学企业管理博士,美国Rutgers大学公共管理博士(2003),中组部****特聘专家。在美国佛罗里达州立大学公共管理与政策学院历任终身职助理教授、副教授、正教授。现为中国人民大学公共管理学院教授、副院长。2012年当选为美国行政科学院院士。现任美国公共管理协会中国分会会长,并曾任美国公共管理协会绩效管理分会会长,美国公共管理协会绩效与责任中心主席等。担任SSCI英文学术期刊《公共绩效与管理评论》的执行主编、并在多家SSCI英文学术期刊担任编委。

2. 研究方向为绩效管理、公民参与、战略管理、行政改革、公共组织等。

3. 主要开设课程包括公共管理专题、经典著作选读、研究方法等。
