教育背景

1992 获西北农业大学生态经济与资源管理博士学位。

1993—1996 英国爱丁堡大学(Edinburgh University)生态与资源管理学院,博士后研究;

1997—2004 短期研修、出访国家包括:英国、美国、日本、德国、法国、瑞典、比利时、荷兰、泰国、哥斯达黎加等国,拥有广泛稳定的国际联系。

2005—2007国家发改委信息中心博士后站,获应用经济学博士后学历。

2013中共中央党校厅局班,在培训部世界经济格局支部学习。

工作经历

2012—至今宁夏回族自治区人民政府副秘书长,政府研究室、发展研究中心党组书记、主任,中国人民大学环境学院教授,博士生导师。

2004—2012宁夏回族自治区发展和改革委员会副主任,党组成员,中国人民大学环境学院教授,博士生导师。

2001—至今中国人民大学环境学院教授,博士生导师。

1998—2001 研究员,中国农业科学院农业自然资源与区域规划研究所。中国农业科学院跨世纪学科带头人。

联合国开发计划署核心咨询专家;

世界资源研究所(World Resource Institute)中国问题专家;

亚洲银行等国际机构项目咨询专家;
