教育背景与工作经历
【个人简介】王金亭:男,教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才计划获得者,北京交通大学理学院数学系支部书记、副主任。 2000年在中国科学院应用数学所获博士学位,研究领域为应用概率统计和随机运筹学。现任中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会副理事长,中国运筹学会可靠性分会副理事长,北京运筹学会副理事长。2006年获得教育部霍英东教育基金会第十届高等院校青年教师奖,2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。

曾访问加拿大萨斯卡彻温大学、曼尼托巴大学,西班牙 Complutense de Madrid大学,韩国高丽大学,新加坡国立大学,英国拉夫堡大学,匈牙利德布勒森大学、布达佩斯工业经济大学、日本甲南大学、台湾静宜大学、美国西华盛顿大学等高校。现任国际刊物《International Journal of Operations Research》Associate Editor、《数理统计与管理》编委、《系统科学与数学》编委。主持国家自然科学基金六项、省部级项目三项。已发表学术论文近百篇,其中50余篇SCI检索论文、40余篇EI检索论文,SCI他引次数200余次。

代表性研究成果:(1)系统研究了重试排队系统的可靠性问题,得到M/G/1型可修重试排队系统的完整可靠性指标。此方面前后有20余篇相关学术论文发表在国际知名期刊上,SCI引用总次数超过100次,并被Springer出版的两本专著收录,得到了国际同行的认可和较多引用。(2)研究了重试排队系统在不同信息精度下的均衡分析与优化策略,给出了复杂重试环境下顾客入队策略的纳什均衡解和社会最优解,并进一步结合无线通信对接入服务定价问题进行了深入研究。(3)与合作者一起提出了有限状态PH半马氏信道模型(Finite-State Phase-Type Semi-Markov Channel Model),该模型突破了有限状态马氏无线信道(FSMC)的无记忆特性这一假设,根据无线信道的统计特性进一步研究了无线信号传输与信道状态相依的现实问题,刻画了无线信道如慢衰落信道在每一状态的驻留时间、电平的通过次数依赖于相应的信道状态等统计特性。

2010年7月他以大会主席身份在北京交大组织召开“第五届排队论及网络应用国际会议”,代表来自美国、加拿大、英国、法国等14个国家和地区,规模为历届QTNA系列会议中最大。会议得到国家自然科学基金的大力支持,论文集的出版得到国际著名学术组织ACM的支持并被EI、ACM数据库收录,国际 SCI源刊物Journal of Industrial and Management Optimizations遴选优秀的论文作为特刊于2011年分两期出版发表。

目前指导博硕研究生多名,与美国、加拿大、欧洲多位同行学者有良好国际合作,多种渠道联合培养硕博研究生。迄今已培养硕士研究生、博士研究生30余名,博士后2名,毕业后分别在国家机关、高等院校、银行、国企等单位工作;目前在读硕士研究生7名,博士研究生5名。每年招生硕士研究生3名,博士研究生1-2名,博士后1-2名,欢迎有研究兴趣的优秀毕业生报考/合作联系。

主讲全校公共课《概率论与数理统计》及数学系各专业的《概率论》、《随机运筹学》等本科课程;主讲《随机过程论》、《现代精算风险理论》、《排队论》、《随机分析及应用》、《可靠性统计》等硕博研究生课程。北京交通大学优秀主讲教师,曾于2006年获得教育部霍英东基金委员会第十届高等院校青年教师奖(教学类三等奖)等荣誉称号。

期刊论文

在应用概率统计和随机运筹学研究领域已发表学术论文近百篇。其中50余篇SCI检索论文,40余篇EI检索论文,SCI他引次数200余次,单篇论文最高SCI引用次数达60次。研究成果发表在该领域国际著名期刊上,如 IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Queueing Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Multivariate Analysis, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Computers & Industrial Engineering等刊物。相关研究成果被本领域国际同行广泛引用,如在重试排队系统的可靠性分析方面所做的工作SCI引用总次数已经超过100次,多篇论文被Springer出版的两本专著收录。
